GLIMPSES OF LIFE AT WORLDS END FARM.
A Rose from the Concrete
A rose from between the concretegrows, stilted, scraggy, worn.Until the first hint of blossomstarts to open. Then the voicesgoing by, stop, smile, and sometimes laugh. But are forever changed by a small red rose growing from the concrete.

I am always amazed that even a dandelion can crack concret ~ & I love to see something flower in the cracks!
Sweet poem! Plants are tough! I have seen trees growing on the side of a building. It amazes me.We should be so tough!
