Frieda is dreaming of a nice day at the beach.
I was kind of off yesterday. No concentration at all. To prove the point, I dully sat in a chair with my feet on the ottoman all day numbly watching Murder She Wrote. Yes, yes indeed, I did. Perhaps a bit too willingly, but there I was.
I had a blood draw this morning and lunch from the deli. My amazing day thus far. Last evening I gathered enough oomph to put this together for dinner:
I know I put the recipe up a few months ago, but if you missed it, it's Giada De Laurentiis' sheet pan lasagna. No oomphs needed for this one. Hoping better days of energy are awaiting me.
Yes, let's hope your energy level returns soon. Maybe a bit of spring weather will help.

DeleteI will admit that I am a professional binger when I find a series that I like. Funny, I just saw a video of Giada make that pan lasagna. Will have to try it! The current state of the country has everyone off balance.....ugh.
