It's beginning to look a Lot Like Winter

Zing enjoying the hay.

Saturday was an all day snowfall. We got about five inches of the fluff. It's so much prettier than the bleakness of November. So, now here we are, the last month of 2025. How can time move so quickly by? If I could place time in a bottle. Don't I wish.

  6. We were snow covered on Saturday night. It was so pretty and melted on Sunday morning. Now tonight they are forecasting at least four inches and I have a feeling I will have a house full of children experiencing a "snow day".

  10. Whenever the weather report says 'snow', Eric brings out the same joke.

"Weatherman says expect six inches. Oh, and it might snow."

  11. Snow is beautiful when it's just fallen but horrible when it turns to slush and ice.

    1. We usually don't get that until late March/early April, nick. Sometimes a January thaw, which is awful.

  13. New snow always looks so wonderful...especially if you don't have to get out and shovel it.
