I haven't been to the "new" Guthrie yet - I've been next door (to the Mill City Museum) and I am not sure if I like the dark look of the new building. Some geldings retain a slight instinct and are wonderful for teasing mares. But most have no idea. My stallions range from macho to not so much. The saddlebred is not very overt in his masculinity. Zing is very aware, but he is a docile temperament and Topper is very proud and male. He can be a handful at times, but he is not all that hard to deal with. Not if you know him.

Thanks everyone, I think I'll have a good time!Sandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13915962999372304054noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3638850181807914586.post-19358313167980800622009-05-04T14:06:00.000-05:002009-05-04T14:06:00.000-05:00Getting out in the garden is the cure for a good m...Getting out in the garden is the cure for a good many woes. I own cats, not horses, & feral animals are a real problem to our wildlife so responsible owners [like us;P] always do the right thing & have the snipping done.

Hope you had a lovely evening. How odd is that? I totally understand about cutting a stallion. We deliberated for ever about our Haflinger as her was such a good stallion...a little maintenance but well worth it. Zing is the gray, right? I have always wanted to have an Andalusian or Lippizan...such incredible movers!Alicia @ boylerpfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11494653464202092752noreply@blogger.com
