Frieda is dreaming of a nice day at the beach.
I was kind of off yesterday. No concentration at all. To prove the point, I dully sat in a chair with my feet on the ottoman all day numbly watching Murder She Wrote. Yes, yes indeed, I did. Perhaps a bit too willingly, but there I was.
I had a blood draw this morning and lunch from the deli. My amazing day thus far. Last evening I gathered enough oomph to put this together for dinner:
I know I put the recipe up a few months ago, but if you missed it, it's Giada De Laurentiis' sheet pan lasagna. No oomphs needed for this one. Hoping better days of energy are awaiting me.

I will admit that I am a professional binger when I find a series that I like. Funny, I just saw a video of Giada make that pan lasagna. Will have to try it! The current state of the country has everyone off balance.....ugh.
