Boy Kitties

Mirroring one another.

Tabby left. Gatto right. As it should be. Gatto is always right.

Another mild day in December. I'm on recovery duty at the moment. I got carried away with an exercise to un-pinch the piriformis muscle. When that tiny little muscle gets pinched it makes life miserable. Now, not only is it bothering me, but my thigh muscles are on high alert. I just never learn. Moderation? Huh.

It's those sneaky tiny body parts that bite! I hope all calms down soon.

Boud, that small thing can make some big pain. It is a true pain in the butt!

I have that from time to time, mine happened when I fell a number of years ago, the lawn mower aggravates it as does sitting in the car for more than an hour. It loves the heated car seats...I do stretches to to help. Moderation in everything:)

Ouch. I've had the pinched before too and that is not a fun day. Here's to your recovery.

Yikes. No fun at all. Hopefully you get that muscle to relax and release for you. Wishing you speedy piriformis healing!
I do love that pattern on the seats of the chairs!

Far Side, amazing how much it hurts! It's been bothering me since 2020, no idea why. Moderation, you think I'd know that word better.

e, ouch is right. I think every time the boys look at one another they say 'man, you're good lookin'!

Ivy, it's a misery for sure. Thanks for your well wishes.

Thanks, Val. The chairs came with that pattern. I like it too.

What are you doing besides stretching? Ice or heat? Hope things are improving today.

Lori, what I over did is called the clamshell. I got overly zealous with that. Also stretching. I have a handheld massager that rotates that I use on the spot. I'm not good at the tennis ball against the wall thing, so I use this instead. I've used heat and ice. It seems once it starts it recurs.

Of coarse Gato is always Right! Cats can make Napping look so damned appealing no matter where they take their Siestas. Sorry to hear you're on recovery duty right now. Sometimes I try to just let the Body do it's thing to recover since I too tend not to moderate my attempts and making things worse. Catching up on Blog Reading now... I've been MIA so long, sorry.
