You Know You're So Yesterday.....

I think we always move from imitation to assimilation to innovation, but I can't name you 20 people outside those we've already recognized who ever got to point three: innovation.

When John McCain Tweets.

When Joe Scarborough Tweets.

When David Gregory Tweets.

When Matt, Meridith and Al Tweet.

When every person on the damn planet is talking about Twitter and think they have so much
cache' that they make sure you know it's Tweet.

When the 'drill baby drill' crowd gets ahold of you, you aren't cool.

When I know what Twitter is.

So what's twitter? I haven't worked out why it's all the rage yet.

What I want to know and have to apologize for asking (to those that enjoy it) Why do I care if you are at the grocery or that you are now going to bed? It is like reverse stalking. Seriously... I think it is perfect for my mom to know on me cuz she would be thrilled to still know my minute to minute progress, otherwise it kind of gives me the willies !

However, I say this never trying it. I suppose there is obviously something to it, or it wouldn't be so darn popular.

Can I say, it is a phase and it will pass?

LOL, reverse stalking! I think it is a very weird waste of time. Imagine having to record everything you do in a day!

What an awful way to spend a day.

That's what twittering is by the way - at least that's what I think it is. I went to go check it out once and they wanted me to create an account. I didn't so I never got to look at the website.

I love it, reverse stalking. Twitter is like facebook, only worse. The whole point is constant progress reports on what 'you are doing now'.

Although I do not tweet, it seems to be one of the next best things to being there......:~)

I know you like facebook, so I suppose you would like Twitter. As I've said before, I can see some limited use for it, but I'd rather be there. : )

When you start talking about 'tweeting' I will have to accept another advance that I don't like! Just call me curmudgeon.; )
