Thursday. Time is speeding by. The East Wing of the White House has been demolished. Federal workers are out of a job. Food assistance is stopping. Cost of living is rising. Argentina gets 20 billion (or more?) to prop up a strongman. Apparently the US will be buying cattle from Argentina (how's that working for you, ranchers). Kristi Noem gets a new jet. You get the picture. Are we great yet?

Apparently the $20 billion will actually be $40 billion once the private investors gets their guarantees from the government. And apparently the cost of the billionaires ballroom keeps going up and up.
I saw a communication from The Cattlemen's Association sent to the White House. They are not pleased, Cheerful. Let them eat cake is being shoved into the face of the people of this country. Private donations would not normally be allowed, but nothing is normal. It's called buying favors.
Don't forgot the round up of brown people..no profiling there . Disgusting, appalling may these people who are doing this have pay back/karma whatever you want to call it. They are evil.

I'm not trying to be pugnacious, Far Side. You have always been polite in your responses. I am curious, though, what it is you see that I don't. I'm interested, truly. I see the dominoes starting to tumble.

It's for his ego and the billionaires. It says a lot about his intentions as far as leaving office in 3 years, nick. From what I understand other than it being huge, no plans have been drawn yet. It will take time to get it built and gold plated.

How about a big bunker under the ballroom for all the investors? I too would like to know what Far Side thinks will make things great. From what I gather, his supporters don't believe he is a rapist or a convicted felon, or guilty of all the things he has been charged with. Not to follow the constitution or judges rulings does not sound like a good idea for any of us. The saddest part of all, he does not care about the people who have supported him from the start. It's hard for me to understand how the current state of our country is acceptable. Decency has disappeared.
