Thanks for the nature views today, Sandra. It's always hard to get a chipmunk to pose, so well done. Are those wild turkeys on your lawn as it's quite a family.
Yes, they are wild turkeys. I don't know if it's always the same turkeys but they are here all year. They live in the wooded areas. It's always at least two hens and a bunch of chicks. The hens watch out for all the chicks. I guess they have a village. I have seen toms strut their stuff during mating season.
You are welcome, Linda. My wildlife has narrowed down over time but there is still plenty to enjoy. The raccoon is getting bossy about dinner time, though! Stares at me through the glass if the food isn't in his dish.
Oh, how nice, I completely softened up at the sight of this little family and that picture at the end... is that a Russian hamster... it's so cute :)) Hug and kiss, Andreja!

The natural world just keeps on doing what it does, despite the foolishness of man. Good reminder!
Of course the chipmunk wins the day. They always do for me.😎
Amazing Wild Turkey photos, truly a blessing of nature at your place.
Your photos have brought me much joy today, Sandra. They are beautiful and very soothing. A heartfelt thanks!
The foolishness of man is making a difference, sadly, but we enjoy what we can when we can, Sue. I am very happy to watch the critters.
Of course. I got quite the show. I need to post the video I got, AC.
When the toms show up, tail opened wide, strutting like they are lord of the land, that is really interesting, Tommy!

Love these nature photos! The chipmunk was my favorite part—such a fun little visitor.
Oh how I love the photos!
I have a couple of 'garden' turtles too!

We used to have a chipmunk that visited us frequently. They are always so cute. Great nature photos.
We are having some morning rain, Miss Merry. We are still way behind on rainfall but every bit helps!
I got a video of the little guy I will post. It's been a long time since I have seen a chipmunk. A happy sight, Jane.
I love those turtles, Val!
It's a chipmunk, Andreja. They are a member of the rodent family.
You are welcome, Cheerful!
