Contentment of Cats

The life of Riley.

                       Gatto                                                                  Tabby

We have a rainy, chilly day. I made the move yesterday and turned on the furnace. Not too warm, but takes the chill out. Five days until my appointment for nerve ablation. I've been warned there will be pain for a few days afterward, so I'm both looking forward to it and dreading it. With the changes coming in '27 to the supplemental Medicare insurance we need to get anything that's been put off done. This is pointed directly at me.

I hope everything goes well.

Best warm vibes that the ablation finally brings relief. And that they provide good pain drugs for the recovery period.

Crossing my fingers and toes that your treatment goes well! I do have a big fuzzy sweater coat I have been wearing. We haven't had to turn the furnace on yet.

Oh those cute cats of yours make me want to curl up right next to them :) You'll be glad to get this nerve ablation over and done with I'm sure. I'll be sending lots of good thoughts your way until this is all over and done with.

Another gorgeous photo. We have turned on our furnace a couple times just to get the chill off and tonight we are going to build our first fire of the season. Hope all goes well with your appointment. We will talk on the phone for some distraction..

I see two other chairs. I guess they're for each one of you.

I am glad the nerve ablation is a possibility for you! I failed that trial injection, so they cancelled the second trial I only had 60% relief and that was not enough. Now I am on the road to a spinal cord stimulator and all the testing involved with that to see if it is a possibility. Best of luck to you and I hope it helps!

The upholstery under the cats looks pretty nice from what I can see.

Thanks, Boud. The good pain drugs would be a big plus.

Our temperatures have dropped enough the furnace has become necessary, Miss Merry. Maybe you will make it to the end of October!

I appreciate it, Denise. They are pretty cute when they are sleeping.

Thank's Linda.

Thank you, Ivy. I hope so, too.

I would love that, Lori. It won't be long and your kitchen fire will be going daily.

Sometimes we are allowed to sit at the table, Dora. 😉

Well, at least you didn't need to go through the procedure for nothing, Far Side. I hope this next possibility works for you.

Comfy cats!
I'd be nervous for the ablation too, but hopefully it gives you relief.

Gatto and Tabby are in command of their domain. And such a lovely domain it is.

I am hopeful, Val.

Gatto does his best to decorate with his impressive shedding, Tommy.
