My dear friend Allegra needs all the help she can get. She is very ill and needs my peeps to give her their prayers, positive energy or whatever can be sent her way.
I have become very fond of this amazing woman. She is strong in spirit, but her body is betraying her. If you are so inclined, give her a thought today.

I started sending prayers her way when I got an email from Barry.
Thank you to my friends who sent Allegra your prayers and good wishes.
She is somewhat better, a small step forward, but a hopeful sign. She has a B.Loved who is by her side and her dogs. And probably support I don't know about. And she has her own indomitable spirit.
Wishing Allegra well and sending good thoughts her way.
