It's Back

And I need some serious pharmaceuticals or at the very least, a stiff drink. It's 10:00 AM, would that raise eyebrows? Might raise my spirits.

Please just don't send it south, I've had enough of the white stuff for this year. My pecan trees have started to leaf out and the cold would really do them in. I feel your pain. At least it isn't rain.

The second pic is beautiful - in a November sort of way....

I am glad that round of snow was below us!

I think if you hide the stiff stuff in your coffee no one will notice! Thought about it myself, for medicinal purposes of course - a muscle relaxer after this long weekend

Stunning pictures even if it is April!

I'm wallowing in it with you. I was surprised when I opened my eyes this morning and saw white on the barn roof. Then I put on my glasses and lo and behold...it was still white. Crap.

I love pecans, so I hope you don't see any of this.

In the coffee, muscle relaxer....sounds like a plan to me!

BUT it is APRIL! Please, let it be April.

britwife, you crack me up, thanks for a smile when I just want to be mad!

I think you guys have a serious problem & you must have been lying to me all these months. ;) That's snow. It snows in winter. In spring the snow melts & green stuff appears...or so I've been told.

Sandra, I'd be mad too but I don't like the white stuff. I'm with Just Me ~ put the stiff stuff in the coffee; only the horses will ever know.

The climate didn't get the memo, the one saying it's spring!

Reminds of the many hours I used to spend on the slopes, or should I say chalet. I did enjoy the coffee laced with brandy. : )

We were surprised by it! We went to Lacrosse, WI Sat. night as we had to meet up with someone Sunday and wanted to at least get down there before the snow started, as it was supposed to happen mostly down there - not here! It did absolutely NOTHING in Lacrosse. But we were surprised to see the snow when we got close to the cities this afternoon - there wasn't much left by then - at least it didn't last long!

But the standing water and mud it has left behind will last awhile. : (

Thank you. They'd be a lot prettier if it were Nov. instead of April!
