This guy, my only child, turns fifty today!
No one would put it together that he is my son. He looks absolutely nothing like me. He's tall and has a bulky frame. I'm short and small framed. He is built and looks like his bio-dad's family. Only his personality reflects who his mother is. He does have an opinion on everything! Fifty years, wow.

Happy Birthday!!! Join the club. Our girls are 56 and soon to be 54! Yikes!
Happy Birthday son!
Enjoy 50, it is a good year!
My only son (who also doesn't look like me) will also be 50 this year--in November! Happy birthday to your little boy--lol! ;)
Happy 50th birthday to your son! Our daughters are 52 and 49, they just keep getting older.
Lori, they just keep getting older!!
Val, I enjoyed my 50s. The crap we carried around sort of disappeared.
Rita, HA!! He was never little!
Far Side, how do they get older while we don't? 😄
Happy birthday to him! It's amazing to see those little kids all more and more grown up. He looks happy here with his little dog. Funny how big men love little dogs.
My son turned forty this week, very weird. Your son looks like a very nice man and that is a wonderful thing, to raise a good person.
And your previous post, I love dancing too and I used to go to the bars a lot, just so I could dance. I miss it. Those guys are awesome.
Boud, he , his wife and Homer were at Itasca State Park for the week. He sent me this photo. He also loves cats. He always had one when he was growing up and throughout his adult life. He is a good guy.
Pixie, he is a good person, very good to his wife and her family. These kids just keep getting older, don't they?
I used to go to bars and clubs to dance. We had a couple, at least, disco clubs during that era we went to. Fun!Mark is kind of nerdy, but he almost always indulges me. He went to disco, even though he couldn't dance to save his life!!
Happy Birthday to your son! wishing you guys a great day ahead.
hank you, Ivy. I hope you are whisking in your kitchen!
Happy Birthday!
Handsome guy!
Happy Birthday, a half of century.
Anybody who wears a red-black jacket deserves a happy birthday from Canada.
Thank you, Miss Merry!
Dora, half a century sounds really old!!
AC, I knew you'd appreciate the jacket!
Belated 🎂wishes to your son and enjoyed seeing the photo of him and his canine buddy. Half a century is indeed a milestone and I remember it as well.
Dorothy, it is a milestone! I think it's when I started to grow up.
Happy birthday to your cherished boy, still and always your baby. He has a lovely smile.
