April Fools

Yesterday was rain and sleet.
Overnight we had about 8" of snow.

It's not cold. A melt will start today, but we have about two feet of snow to melt and piles up to about eight feet. So, it will take some time. It's really pretty out there. Says me who doesn't have to work in it!

This was yesterday's lunch. Today will be an exact repeat. Snow, soup, biscuits. Perfect.

That food looks great. The snow scene, hm, not so much.

Spring will come. Sometime in June!
I made vegetable stock a few days ago, we are in sync.

Yum on the soup, but wow on that snow.

We had snow this morning and now it is mostly gone and the sun is shining nice and strong.

I made homemade potato soup for supper! Yahoo! I cooked!

Val, I think we are supposed to get more snow next week. It’s better than rain at this point. You probably got more rain than us.

Yay, you! Potato soup is so very good.

I would love everything you make! Another gorgeous meal. As for the snow, you have my deepest sympathies. It was in the low 60s here today with rain, wild winds and storm warnings. Last night we had a ton or rain, thunder and lightning and I slept through it.

Lori, the snow is ok, we don't want rain yet. But, the weather will do what it will do. I bet you did. You've had some stress.

Far Side, I can imagine you aren't looking forward to it now that you are back in the woods.
